Our in house listings agent, Julia Bohush, performs market research and provides guidance on lease renewals and new listings. This is a an optional added service we provide free of charge for our clients. All units are listed with Nestio, so that they are seen by the entire brokerage community. R.E.M. screens and reviews applicants in-house before providing recommendations to the Landlord.
